Today's green smoothie ingredients include: 2 cups raspberries, 1 watermelon slice, 1 large handful of curly endive, 2 tablespoons chia seed, 2 tsp maca & 1 cup of water.
This smoothie is packed with energy, supports the immune system, fights stress, and supports heart health & overall vitality.
