Today's ingredients include: 2 large apples, 1 handful pomegranate seeds, 3/4 head escarole lettuce, 2 tablespoons hempseed, 1 cup water.   Refreshing!

This smoothie is loaded with antioxidants, energy and will help fight stress.

Today's ingredients include: Mmmmmmm...good!  Today's ingredients:  1/2 large honeydew melon, 1 small handful pomegranate seeds, juice from 1/2 lime, 1 handful arugula, 2 tablespoons flaxseed, 1/2 cup lite coconut milk, 1 cup water.

This smoothie is again bursting with energy, loaded with antioxidants, will help fight stress, supports complexion and  has anti-viral and anti-bacterial properities.

AmyA's Challenge - "Powaberry" - Day 37

Welcome to Day 37 of the Challenge --- ready, set, blend!

Today's green smoothie is dedicated to my friend Mikel in Austria - he's been very sick & needs some extra Vit C to help him bounce back.  This green smoothie will do it :-D

Today's ingredients include: 1/2 head of romaine lettuce (use 1 whole one if it's not big),1 1/2 cups strawberries, 1 big slice of watermelon, arils (seeds) from 1 pomegranate, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons chia seed.  Awesome taste -- another 5 for me!

This smoothie is again bursting with energy, loaded with antioxidants, will help fight stress, supports complexion, cleansing,& weight loss.

I'm back!  India blew me away -- see the video for details!  Today's green smoothie ingredients include: 1 knob of ginger, 1 pink grapefruit,  1/2 pineapple, 1 orange, 1 large handful of kale, 2 tablespoons flax seed, 2 tsp maca, 1 tablespoon raw honey, 1 dash of tumeric (added after the video) & 1 cup of water. 

This smoothie is packed with energy, supports the immune system, digestion, cleansing & has anti-inflammatory properties.

This smoothie supports the immune system, complexion, fights stress, and supports cleansing & weight loss.
