I am so grateful to enjoy the nutritious whole fruits and green leafy veggies that are in them! this green smoothie is loaded with antioxidants! Perfect for the cold/flu season!
Ingredients:
Juice and seeds from 1 pomegranate (be careful of the seeds - they can get messy)
1 cup of blueberries
2 collard leaves
1 head or romaine lettuce
1 1/2 cups of filtered water (also great with coconut water)
Blend it up and enjoy ;-)
